Holiday Club - for all children at any school - 7.30am - 6.00 pm - £35.00

Half Days available: 7:30am - 1pm  & 12:30pm - 6pm (or any 5 hour period excluding trip days) - £20.00 

We are happy to accommodate all children and be as flexible as we possibly can.  So for parents who only need childcare on a 'ad hoc' basis, we will try to provide a place for your child when you require it, and all children must be registered with Kidsland for us to provide care.  Ad Hoc places will be available only if the club can comfortably operate within our registered places, and where necessary, where we have available seats in the vehicles.  

 

Ad  Hoc places are charged at:  Before School Club  - 7.30am - 9.00 am - £8.00 (St Joseph's Club only)  After School Club - End of School Day - 6.00 pm - £16.00

 

All sessions must be paid for in advance. Fee's will be calculated at the beginning of the month and must be paid for within the first week of the month. Late payment charges of £5 will be charged at the end of each week where payment is not received.  There will be no refund in case of absence. Places must be booked and paid for to secure your child's place at the club. Legislation dictates that the club must operate within strict staff/child ratios. This can only be realistically achieved if places are secured.

 

Holiday club places will be offered as each holiday period is approaching, and parents will be able to book only those dates that they require, with no retainer fee due. All sessions booked must then be paid for, prior to the holiday period.

 

Kidsland is now offering a more flexible package of holiday care to support the extended schools activities provided in some schools during holidays. We now offer half days at £20.00 (7:30-1 & 12:30-6) with an additional hourly rate of £3.50 per hour. This means parents can access a bespoke service to support their working life, and which allows the children to access all activities, with childcare to support this. Kidsland will take and collect children from these activities, inclusive of fee paid.

 

Kidsland is committed to providing quality 'out of school hours' childcare, which is affordable and accessible to parents. Our pricing policy sets our fees at a level under the national average for this type of care, and fees will incur an annual increase each year, which will be advised to parents prior to implementation. 

 

Kidsland Limited calculates its fees to compliment the Childcare Tax Credit and the Family Tax Credit. The full cost of childcare has often been too high for many parents to afford; now many working parents will be able to get help with their childcare costs.

 

Kidsland uses all of the Employer Voucher Schemes, Government Tax Free Childcare Scheme, University Bursary Schemes and also encourage parents to pay fees into our account using Internet Banking.

 

As an OFSTED registered childcare provision, Kidsland will have details of how parents can apply for help with costs, and the details needed to access them. There will be fee reductions of 10% for child or families of two or more siblings booking all five sessions per week, and 10% reduction for any child booking five sessions per week both Before & After School. 

 

One month is required to terminate your child's place at the club. 

 

There will be no guarantee of a place for your child if it has not been booked in time for the KidsClub to secure sufficient staff to cover the correct ratios. Without the correct period of notice, the sessions must be paid for. We will always try to accommodate your childcare needs, and will always take into account personal circumstances or unusual working arrangements where possible. Please always allow plenty of time to notify us of any change to your registration requirements.
